Junior Retention & WhatsApp Marketing Executive

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Junior Retention & WhatsApp Marketing Executive to manage WhatsApp marketing, retention campaigns, customer engagement, and day-to-day Spur operations for our D2C wellness brand.

What You'll Do

- Plan and execute WhatsApp retention campaigns including broadcasts, abandoned cart, post-purchase, replenishment, cross-sell, upsell, and win-back campaigns
- Manage Spur end-to-end , including customer segments, templates, tags, inbox management, campaign lists, and automated journeys

- Handle customer queries related to products, orders, offers, delivery, and usage while ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution
- Conduct A/B tests to improve messaging, offers, timing, and campaign results

- Write engaging, conversion-focused WhatsApp copy and coordinate campaign creatives with the marketing team
- Identify recurring customer feedback and retention opportunities to improve customer experience and repeat purchases

- Maintain campaign calendars, customer data, FAQs, quick replies, and performance reports




- Respond to customer queries across WhatsApp and other customer communication channels

What We're Looking For

- 0–1 years of experience in retention, WhatsApp marketing, CRM, customer engagement, or digital marketing
- Familiarity with

Spur/ other retention marketing tool is strongly preferred

- Good understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and retention marketing
- Solid written communication and customer handling skills

- Basic knowledge of Shopify, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data
- D2C or e-commerce experience is a plus
