Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Fresher to join our team as a Junior Software Tester. The candidate will assist in testing our web and Android applications to ensure they are reliable, user-friendly, and function as expected.

This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher who wants to build a career in Software Testing / Quality Assurance (QA) and gain hands-on experience working with real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Application Testing: Perform manual testing of websites, web applications, and Android mobile applications to identify bugs, glitches, and functional issues.
- Test Case Execution: Understand requirements and execute test cases to verify application functionality.
- Bug Reporting: Identify, document, and track bugs using tools such as JIRA, with transparent steps to reproduce the issue.
- Regression Testing:



Re-test applications after bug fixes and new feature releases to ensure existing functionality continues to work properly.
- Database Testing: Perform basic SQL queries to verify and validate data.
- Security Testing: Assist with basic security checks and VAPT-related testing to identify common security vulnerabilities.
- UI/UX Testing: Check applications from a user's perspective and provide feedback on usability, navigation, layout, and overall user experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, product teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Documentation: Maintain proper records of test cases, bugs, test results, and other QA-related activities.
- Continuous Learning: Stay curious and develop knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and QA best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Freshers with a strong interest in Software Testing / QA are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of Manual Testing concepts.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Basic understanding of how websites and mobile applications work.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.




- Familiarity with JIRA or any bug-tracking tool will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of VAPT / application security will be an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a curious mindset.
- Ability to identify issues and explain technical problems in simple and clear terms.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
