Regacats Solutions is looking for a Junior Regulatory Affairs Executive – Cosmetics to join our regulatory consulting team.

We are specifically looking for candidates with 6 months to 2 years of hands-on professional experience in Cosmetic Product Import Registration in India .

? Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, Haryana

? Experience: 6 months – 2 years

? Employment Type: Full-time

? Working Days: Monday–Friday

⏰ Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Handle/assist with cosmetic product import registration in India .
- Prepare and review documentation required for CDSCO cosmetic registration .
- Coordinate with foreign manufacturers, international clients and Indian importers for regulatory documentation.
- Review cosmetic product formulations and ingredient lists for Indian regulatory compliance.
- Review cosmetic labels and artwork as per applicable Indian requirements.
- Prepare regulatory assessment reports, document checklists and compliance observations.
- Assist in preparation and submission of cosmetic registration applications .
- Follow up on regulatory applications, queries and deficiencies.
- Conduct regulatory research related to Indian cosmetic import regulations .
- Communicate regulatory requirements and observations to clients through professional emails and meetings.
- Maintain product-wise regulatory documentation, trackers and records.

Candidate Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience specifically in Cosmetic Product Import Registration in India.
- Practical experience with CDSCO cosmetic registration/import registration is mandatory.
- Good understanding of Indian cosmetic regulatory requirements .
- Experience in reviewing cosmetic formulations, ingredients and labels/artwork .




- Experience coordinating with foreign manufacturers and international clients will be preferred.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills .
- Good professional email drafting skills .
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word .
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple regulatory projects.
- Ability to independently follow up with clients and manufacturers for pending documents.

⚠️ Important Eligibility Criteria Relevant experience must specifically be in Cosmetic Product Import Registration.

Candidates whose experience is limited to QA/QC, will not be considered as having equivalent experience for this position.

Education

Candidates with a degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Cosmetic Science or a related field may apply, provided they meet the required hands-on cosmetic import registration experience .
