We’re looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Executive who can support our Meta Ads campaigns and marketing operations. This is a great opportunity for a fresher or junior candidate who wants hands-on experience in a fast-moving D2C fashion startup.

? Location: Bengaluru

? Work Mode: Work From Office Only

? Experience: 0–1 Year / Fresher

What You’ll Do

- Support Meta Ads campaign execution and monitoring
- Assist in campaign setup, audience selection, and budget tracking
- Monitor daily ad performance and prepare basic reports
- Track key metrics such as CTR, CPR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions
- Maintain Excel/Google Sheets reports and campaign data
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and campaign requirements





We’re Looking For:
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads
- Knowledge of performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CPR, CPC, and ROAS
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Quick learner who can work in a quick-paced startup environment
- Interest in e-commerce, fashion, and D2C brands
