We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Interior Designer with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities, technical knowledge, proficiency in design software, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, site teams, and senior designers to deliver high-quality interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in designing residential and commercial interior spaces based on client requirements and project specifications.
- Understand client requirements, preferences, lifestyle needs, and design expectations.
- Develop space planning, layouts, furniture arrangements, and interior design concepts.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, working drawings, and basic 3D models.
- Create 3D designs and visualizations using SketchUp.
- Prepare technical drawings and detailed design documentation using AutoCAD.
- Create mood boards, material palettes, colour schemes, and design presentations.
- Assist in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories based on the design concept and project requirements.
- Develop designs for modular furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, and other interior elements.
- Prepare and maintain BOQs, material specifications, quotations, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, carpenters, suppliers, site teams, and senior designers during project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor design implementation and ensure execution is as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Take site measurements and understand existing site conditions before finalizing designs.
- Identify basic site-related issues and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve them.




- Review execution drawings and ensure design accuracy during production and installation.
- Coordinate design changes, revisions, and updates based on client or site requirements.
- Prepare and update drawings based on project changes and execution requirements.
- Participate in client meetings and present design concepts, layouts, material selections, and 3D visualizations.
- Incorporate client feedback and revisions while maintaining the overall design intent.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth movement of projects from design to execution.
- Maintain proper project records, drawings, material details, and other documentation.
- Ensure attention to detail, quality, functionality, and aesthetics throughout the design and execution process.
- Support senior designers in delivering projects within agreed timelines.
- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, finishes, furniture, and modular solutions.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Working knowledge of V-Ray / Enscape will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of space planning, furniture planning, materials, finishes, and modular interiors.
- Basic understanding of working drawings and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Knowledge of BOQs and material specifications.
- Strong creativity and design sensibility.
- Good attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.




- Positive communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with designers, vendors, contractors, and site teams.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related discipline.

Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in residential or commercial interior design.
- Candidates with experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, or residential interiors will be preferred.
- Should have a portfolio showcasing relevant design projects completed during employment or internships.
- Should be comfortable with site visits and project execution coordination.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different stakeholders.
