About the RoleShape My Garden is looking for a motivated Junior Horticulturist to join our landscaping team.

The role involves practical work at residential and commercial garden sites across Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

- Visit client sites for garden inspections.
- Identify plants and understand basic plant health issues.
- Assist with landscaping and garden maintenance projects.
- Guide gardening staff on basic plant care, watering, pruning and fertilization.
- Recommend suitable plants based on site conditions.
- Coordinate with the operations team and clients.
- Maintain basic site visit and work records.
- Travel to different project locations across Bengaluru.

Requirements




- Diploma or degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of plants and gardening.
- Working proficiency in Kannada is required.
- Valuable communication and willingness to work outdoors.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
