About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with a strong eye for visual storytelling and a passion for creating compelling e-commerce visuals.

At XENA Intelligence, you’ll work on creative assets for marketplace brands and products , helping our clients present their products effectively across platforms such as Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces.

Your primary focus will be designing Product Listings, A+ Content, and Brand Stories that are visually engaging, brand-consistent, and designed to communicate product value clearly.

What You’ll Do

- Design e-commerce product listings for client brands and marketplaces.
- Create engaging Amazon A+ Content and enhanced brand content.
- Design Brand Stores and Brand Story visuals.
- Develop product-focused graphics that communicate features, benefits, and USPs clearly.
- Work with product images, lifestyle imagery, typography, icons, illustrations, and other visual elements.
- Follow brand guidelines while maintaining consistency across multiple marketplace assets.
- Convert briefs, product information, and creative requirements into polished designs.
- Explore different visual concepts and layouts to improve product presentation.
- Collaborate with content, account, and creative teams to deliver projects on time.
- Make design iterations based on feedback and client requirements.
- Ensure final creatives meet marketplace specifications and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For
- 0–1 year of experience in Graphic Design or Visual Design.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy .




- Good working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite .
- Ability to create clean, visually appealing designs for commercial purposes.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a product and communicate its value visually.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve.
- Ability to manage multiple creative tasks and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and creativity.

Good to Have
- Experience designing Amazon listings or A+ Content .
- Understanding of e-commerce and marketplace design.
- Knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects .
- Basic understanding of product photography and image editing.
- Experience creating social media or advertising creatives.
- Interest in branding, advertising, and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative and image-generation tools.
