Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Graphic Designer role based in Chennai.

The Junior Graphic

Designer will support the design team by creating visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and marketing materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with logo design, branding elements, and graphic templates that align with client guidelines and project objectives. The role involves collaborating with senior designers and marketing stakeholders, refining drafts based on feedback,



and ensuring consistency in typography, color, and layout.

The Junior Graphic

Designer will also help prepare files for production, maintain organized design libraries, and stay updated on current design trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Visual design foundation with solid skills in Graphics and Graphic Design.
- Ability to create and refine Logo Design and Branding assets aligned with client identities.
- Solid understanding of Typography, including font pairing, hierarchy, and readability.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative work across digital and brand-focused projects.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
