Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer – Digital Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position involves creating digital assets for marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, web banners, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines. The role includes collaborating with the marketing team to develop visual concepts, supporting logo and branding projects, and preparing design files for various digital platforms.

The designer will work with typography, layout,



and color to ensure visually consistent and engaging content, assist in refining design templates, and participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns. The role also requires handling feedback from stakeholders, maintaining organized design files, and meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital marketing materials.
- Ability to create and refine Logo Design and support overall Branding initiatives.
- Proficiency in Typography, layout, and visual composition.
- Working knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and communicate design ideas clearly.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; internship or project experience in digital design is an advantage.
