- Mould change over as per production schedule
- Process setting as per PPS and monitoring the parameters as per PPS
- Submits samples to the Quality as required.(First off inspection)
- Responsible for ensuring the product quality as per Customer requirements
- Maintenance of all in process manufacturing documents and ensuring the proper display.
- Responsible for on job training for the subordinates and contractual labors
- Running molding machine and sub assembly
- Meeting the target productivity
- Meeting the target quality and safety measures
- 5S and Continual improvement
- Updating production measurables in production report
- Recent mould set up and processing.
