Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Jr. Engineer (Civil) to assist in overseeing construction activities at project sites. The candidate will support in supervising day-to-day site operations, coordinating with site teams and monitoring work progress, and ensuring smooth execution of work as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in supervising day-to-day construction activities at the site.

- Monitor construction progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

- Assist in maintaining site records, measurements, and material requirements efficiently.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Project Head or management as per requirement.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- 1- 3 years of experience in construction sites.

- Good knowledge of construction methods and site management.

- Robust communication and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to work dedicatedly at project sites.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.

- Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple tasks.

- Good understanding of construction drawings, measurements, and site documentation.
