YATIKA IVF HOSPITAL PVT. LTD., Patna is looking for a confident, compassionate and communication-focused Junior Doctor to join our fertility care team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience working in an IVF/Fertility Centre, strong patient communication skills, a professional personality, and confidence interacting with patients and appearing on camera for educational and fertility-awareness videos.

Role & Responsibilities

- Assist senior doctors in OPD, patient evaluation and fertility care coordination .
- Communicate with patients and couples in a clear, empathetic and reassuring manner .
- Explain basic fertility-related information and treatment journeys under appropriate clinical supervision.
- Assist with patient history, documentation, follow-ups and patient coordination.
- Support the clinical team in IVF/IUI/ICSI-related patient care .
- Participate in patient education and fertility-awareness activities .
- Be comfortable appearing in short educational videos, reels and social-media content related to fertility and IVF awareness.
- Present medical information in a simple, accurate and patient-friendly manner .
- Maintain professional,



ethical and confidential patient-care standards.

Candidate Requirements — Must Have
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in an IVF/Fertility Centre.
- Valid medical registration as applicable.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Positive Hindi and English communication.
- Confident and comfortable appearing on camera for educational healthcare videos and social-media content.
- Professional appearance and positive personality.
- Strong patient counselling and communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Patna, Bihar .

Preferred
- Experience with IVF, IUI, ICSI and fertility patient coordination .
- Experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, infertility/fertility care or a hospital setting.
- Previous experience with patient counselling or healthcare communication.
- Experience presenting educational healthcare content on camera.
