About The Role We are looking for a passionate and energetic Junior Recruiter with experience in Domestic Recruitment to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate relationships. Candidates who are available for immediate joining are preferred.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media platforms.
- Understand job requirements shared by hiring managers.
- Perform initial screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.

Candidate Coordination
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
- Maintain proper communication throughout the recruitment process.

Screening & Evaluation
- Evaluate candidate profiles based on technical and non-technical requirements.
- Conduct preliminary HR screening calls.
- Assess communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Database & Reporting
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Update daily recruitment status reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of candidate information.

Team Collaboration
- Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers.
- Support team hiring targets and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of Domestic Recruitment process.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT and Non-IT roles.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.
