Role Description This is a full-time, in office Junior Designer – Kitchens and Wardrobes role based in Pune City.

The Junior

Designer supports the design team in developing kitchen and wardrobe layouts, preparing drawings, and creating 3D visualizations and presentations for clients. Daily responsibilities include understanding client requirements, translating them into functional design concepts, and coordinating with senior designers to refine details and finishes. The role involves working with material and hardware specifications, preparing measurement and installation-ready plans,



and collaborating with sales and project teams to ensure designs meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

The Junior

Designer also assists in updating design libraries, maintaining accurate project documentation, and providing design input during client meetings and showroom interactions.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in interior design tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) for creating detailed kitchen and wardrobe layouts.
- Foundational knowledge of interior design principles, modular kitchen systems, wardrobe planning, materials, and hardware.
- Strong visualization and space-planning abilities, with attention to dimensions, ergonomics, and functional flow.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, senior designers, and project teams.
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in drawings and documentation.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Prior internship or junior-level experience in kitchen or interior design studios is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to brand guidelines, and stay updated on design trends and new materials.
