Role Description The Junior Architect will work at the Nagpur studio in a full-time capacity, supporting the design and delivery of architectural projects from concept to completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations; coordinating design details; and supporting senior architects in design development and documentation. The role involves collaborating with project teams, consultants, and vendors, contributing to planning submissions,



and helping with material research and specification.

The Junior

Architect will participate in site visits, assist with reviewing construction progress, and help ensure that design intent, quality, and timelines are maintained.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR DETAILED ORIENTED ARCHITECTS-

*EARLIER EXPERIENCE WITH ARCHITECTURE PRACTICE.

*ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SKILLS INCLUDE WORKING DRAWINGS AND MUNCIPAL DRAWINGS WITH EFFICIENT DRAFTING SKILLS. ATTENTIVE TO DETAILS.

*SOFTWARE SKILLS INCLUDE PROFICIENCY WITH CAD SOFTWARE.

*INTEGRATION SKILLS TO ENSURE THAT ARCHITECTURAL, STRUCTURAL, MEP AND CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS WORKS SEEMLESSLY.

*STRONG COMMITMENT TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT.

*FAMILIARITY WITH BUILDING BYLAWS AND REGULATIONS.

*HANDLING BPMS DRAWINGS IS A PLUS.

*BACHELORS DEGREE IN ARCHITECTURE.
