Junior Architect

Application for the Position of Junior Architect We at Shree Designs are looking for a Fresh enthusiastic candidate, based in Mumbai, to join us in our journey to enhance the Healthcare & Wellness Infrastructure, Pan India and beyond. You will be a part of the team across various projects involved at different stages, which assures growth in every aspect of the field.

The ideal candidate should be a team player, with an edge for learning about various aspects of the project while adding individual value to the projects, willing to be associated with the firm for a minimum of 2-3 years.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed Institute
- Fresher or up to 2 years of experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/ ZW Cad is essential
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential
- Proficiency in Sketchup is essential
- Proficiency in Revit will be preferred
- Proactive attitude and Problem-Solving skills
- Initiative to learn about upcoming trends of the profession
- Strong knowledge base about design as well as technical aspects
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team

Responsibilities:





- Working in team for creative design of projects
- Working along with external team for technical aspects of projects
- Preparing working drawings and detailed drawings to be issued on site
- Preparing Bill of Quantities along with Project Head
- Co-ordination with Contractors / PMC
- Site visits to monitor the execution as per drawings issued
- Market study and Vendor Co-ordination about products and materials
- Organizing / Mapping self-deliverables as per priority deadlines
- Documenting minutes of meetings and preparing site reports
- Creative value additions for designs that are technically sound
