Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Gurgaon, India.

The Junior

Architect will assist in conceptualizing and developing architectural designs, preparing drawings, and supporting the creation of detailed plans and presentations. Daily tasks include coordinating with senior architects, revising design documentation, and helping integrate structural, MEP, and interior inputs into cohesive project proposals. The role involves collaborating with project managers, consultants, and vendors, attending site visits, and contributing to design reviews and client meetings.

Architect will also support basic project coordination activities, ensure adherence to local codes and standards, and contribute to smooth project execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including conceptualization, space planning, and design development.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, and coordination of digital project workflows.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and familiarity with local building codes and regulations in India mandatory.
- Solid communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a portfolio demonstrating academic or professional design work will be advantageous.
