Job Title: Architectural & Cost Estimation Team – Junior Architects & BOQ Estimators (Project-Based Contract)

About the Project & Roles

We are expanding our team for a dedicated, institutional School / Educational Campus Project based in Bengaluru. We are seeking driven, detail-oriented professionals to join us on a project-based contract across two key functions:

Junior Architects (4 Openings)

BOQ Estimators / Quantity Surveyors (2 Openings)

- Junior Architect (4 Openings)

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings and Positive-For-Construction (GFC) documentation sets.

Develop 3D models, visualizations, and presentation packages for design reviews.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and consultant teams to integrate technical drawings.

Assist in material research, specification schedules, and on-site drawing compliance.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

Experience: 0–2 years (Fresh B.Arch graduates with robust drafting portfolios are welcome).

Software: Advanced AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools, and presentation software (Adobe Creative Suite / Canva).





- BOQ Estimator / Quantity Surveyor (2 Openings)

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and accurate material take-offs from architectural and structural GFC drawings.

Conduct itemized rate analysis based on local Bengaluru market rates and CPWD/IS 1200 specifications.

Prepare tender documents, cost estimates, and vendor bid evaluation sheets.

Coordinate with architects and vendors to track cost variations and material procurement.

Requirements

Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.

Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in BOQ estimation and quantity surveying.

Software/Tools: Advanced MS Excel (Cost Sheets, Rate Analysis Formulas), AutoCAD, and standard measurement codes.

Contract Terms & Compensation

Engagement Type: Fixed-Term Project Contract (6 Months, extendable based on project phases).

Location: Bengaluru (WFH)
