Role Description The Junior Advocate will support senior lawyers in drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and opinions, for ongoing matters.

Responsibilities include conducting legal research, summarizing case laws, preparing case notes, and assisting with case strategy and documentation. The role involves attending client meetings, coordinating with court staff, and appearing in courts or tribunals under supervision as required.

The Junior

Advocate will help maintain organized case files,



manage deadlines, and ensure accurate record-keeping. This is a full-time, in office role based in Thane.

Qualifications

- Possess strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret statutes, case law, and legal precedents.
- Demonstrate sound drafting and documentation abilities, including preparation of pleadings, contracts, notices, and legal opinions.
- Have effective communication skills for client interaction, court presentations under guidance, and collaboration with colleagues.
- Show strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple matters, maintain case files, and meet deadlines.
- Hold an LL.B. from a recognized institution and be enrolled or eligible to enroll with the relevant Bar Council.
- Exhibit professionalism, ethical conduct, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and work under supervision.
- Prior internship or experience in litigation or corporate practice will be an advantage.
