The Greenseers is hiring a Junior Accountant to join our growing team in Ahmedabad.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant with practical knowledge of accounting operations and valuable proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records
- Handle invoicing, billing and bookkeeping activities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform basic bank reconciliation and accounting adjustments
- Assist with GST-related accounting and documentation
- Maintain proper records of invoices, bills and financial documents
- Work on Tally ERP / Tally Prime for accounting operations
- Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel
- Support senior team members in daily accounting activities

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting




- Good knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, bookkeeping and accounting entries
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
