Job Summary

SAZGENIX IT SOLUTIONS is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to manage accounting and bookkeeping activities, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT, and Corporate Tax regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience with accounting software, and the ability to handle multiple client accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounting and bookkeeping for multiple client accounts.

Record, reconcile, and maintain daily financial transactions.

Prepare financial statements and management reports.

Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and month-end/year-end closing.

Prepare and assist with UAE VAT returns and Corporate Tax compliance.

Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and company policies.





Coordinate with clients, auditors, and internal teams to resolve accounting matters.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2–3 years of accounting experience.

Robust knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime (Mandatory).

UAE accounting experience with knowledge of VAT and Corporate Tax is preferred.

Experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software is an advantage.

Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
