Role Description The Junior Amazon Catalog Executive is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for assisting with the creation, management, and optimization of product listings on Amazon, including accurate data entry for titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.

The role involves monitoring catalog health, identifying listing errors or inconsistencies, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues. The executive will help implement SEO best practices for product detail pages, support promotional campaigns, and track basic performance metrics. Day-to-day tasks also include maintaining documentation, following Amazon marketplace guidelines,



and collaborating with senior team members to improve catalog quality and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of e-commerce platforms, preferably Amazon marketplace, and an interest in catalog management and online retail operations.
- Basic skills in data entry, information organization, and accuracy in handling product details, pricing, and content updates.
- Ability to work with spreadsheets or catalog management tools for product listing, tracking, and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to follow structured processes and platform guidelines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and documenting tasks.
- Comfort with learning digital marketing concepts such as SEO for product listings, keywords, and basic performance metrics.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; coursework or certifications in e-commerce, digital marketing, or business would be an advantage.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or digital marketing is beneficial but not mandatory.
