About The Role The Junior Program Manager is a cross-functional generalist role supporting Business Operations, HR, and Delivery. Rather than owning one fixed function, this person works across multiple ongoing workstreams — process improvement, people operations, and organizational design and collaborating closely with functional leads.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations

- Audit and redesign informal or undocumented workflows into structured, repeatable processes.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose fixes.
- Maintain process documentation and tracking systems (spreadsheets/tools).

People Operations (with HR)

- Support and improve the onboarding experience for new hires.
- Assist in designing onboarding materials, schedules, and touchpoints.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in operations,



program management, business analysis, or a generalist role.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets/data tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Comfort working across multiple functions without a fixed daily routine.
- Ability to independently learn new domains (ops, HR, delivery) with minimal ramp-up time.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

- Prior exposure to a founder's-office, business operations, or program management role.
- Basic understanding of HR processes or delivery/project operations.
