Role Description The Jr. Site Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The Jr. Site Engineer will assist in supervising day-to-day construction activities, ensuring that work is executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with senior engineers, contractors, and site staff; monitoring progress; maintaining site records and reports; and supporting material checks and measurements. The role involves conducting basic quality control inspections, resolving minor technical issues under guidance, and helping implement construction plans and timelines. The Jr.





Site Engineer will also support communication between the site and office teams to keep stakeholders informed about project status.

Qualifications

- Ability to work effectively on site with construction teams, demonstrating strong on-site coordination and basic project supervision skills.
- Clear and professional communication skills for interaction with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, including documentation and reporting.
- Knowledge of quality control practices, safety standards, and basic site inspection procedures to help ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Foundational understanding of structural engineering principles and civil engineering concepts relevant to residential and commercial construction.
- Bachelor’s diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and basic quantity estimation.
- Ability to use standard engineering and office software (e.g., MS Office; exposure to AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage).
- Solid attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn from senior engineering staff.
- Commitment to safety, ethical work practices, and adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
