Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, motivated, Interior Designer to work on Iconic Projects. The perfect fit for this role is someone with a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and a passion for transforming spaces into functional and visually captivating environments. This position demands a harmonious mix of design creativity, technical proficiency, and effective project management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare mood boards, sketches, and detailed 2D/3D layouts, mock-ups for residential spaces.




- Research and integrate materials, furnishings, and finishes to complement design themes.
- Help coordinate drawings across different disciplines (Architects, structural, MEP).
- Maintain accurate project records and drawing sets.
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Present design concepts and revisions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide clients with cost-effective and innovative design solutions.
- Oversee on-site implementation of designs to maintain quality and adherence to specifications.

Requirements

- Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Architecture/ Interior Design (B.Arch/M.Arch/Diploma)
- 2 to 5 years of experience in construction/ real estate.
- Proficiency in interpreting drawings and specifications.
- Good exposure in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Sketch Up.
- Knowledge of space planning and modular/ in office furniture materials and finishes.
