Role – Jr. Executive Finance

Relevant Experience – 1 to 2 years with MBA/M. Com

We are looking for a Jr. Finance Executive to support to the Finance team for processing various types of accounting entries in the system, preparing invoice and issue Debit & Credit Note, Bank, AP and AR recon. Ideal candidate demonstrates interest in managing accounting activities, including bank, GLs reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. You should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.

Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of financial transactions.

Skills –

1. Basic knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
2. Experience using financial software i.e. SAP, Tally, ERP or similar kind.
3. Basic MS Excel skills
4. Sharp time management and good communication skills.
5. Robust ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
6.



Candidate should have a process-oriented mindset.
7. Ability to work both independently as well as with a team.

Roles and Responsibilities –

1. Responsible for end-to-end monthly accounting in SAP/Tally/ERP.
2. Hand on experience to post various types of accounting entries,
3. Prepare Invoices and issue Debit & Credit Note,
4. Bank, GLs reconciliations,
5. Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
6. Ensure processing of payment invoices.
7. Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
8. Comply with all processes and procedures to ensure adherence to all audit requirements.

Academic Background – MBA/M. Com

Time Zone –

Selected candidate is required to work as per India Standard Time (IST) / Central European Time (CET).
