Role Description The Guest Service Associate at Sarovar Hometel Jaipur is responsible for delivering courteous, efficient, and professional service to guests throughout their stay. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming and assisting guests at check-in and check-out, managing reservations, responding to inquiries in person and over phone or email, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. The role involves handling guest feedback, resolving issues promptly,



and maintaining accurate records in the property management system.

The Guest Service

Associate also supports lobby operations, follows hotel policies and safety procedures, and contributes to an overall positive guest experience. This is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Qualifications

- Strong guest service orientation with the ability to handle check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest queries efficiently.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using hotel or property management systems is preferred.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, and collaborate with cross-functional hotel teams.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Prior experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality operations is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered.
