Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

The Job

Title role involves contributing to the planning and execution of projects related to Epsilon’s medical imaging solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, sales, and customer support to meet business and clinical objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities may include coordinating with healthcare clients, supporting product-related documentation, assisting in process improvement initiatives,



and ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the implementation of solutions that enhance clinical workflows and patient care. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and uphold Epsilon’s commitment to innovation, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- General understanding of healthcare or medical technology environments; familiarity with medical imaging or radiology workflows is an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort working with technical documentation.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, healthcare management, life sciences, business, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, in a structured, team-oriented environment while maintaining a professional and inclusive approach.
