Role Description This full-time, on-site role in Bhopal involves supporting and managing the company’s infrastructure and technology operations.

Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining network systems, identifying and resolving technical issues, and ensuring secure and reliable connectivity across the organization. The role requires troubleshooting hardware and software problems, coordinating with internal teams and vendors,

Qualifications

- Robust understanding of Infrastructure and IT Operations, with the ability to support and maintain core systems.
- Hands-on experience with Networking and Network Security, including configuration, monitoring, and access control.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting technical issues across hardware, software, and network environments.
- Relevant education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate technical information clearly.
- Experience in electrical or industrial environments, and familiarity with motors, control systems, or related equipment is an advantage.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or equivalent are beneficial.
