We are hiring an experienced Java Tech Lead for a leading MNC client. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in Java-based application development, microservices, system design, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Java applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Participate in architecture, system design, and technical decision-making.
- Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Design and integrate REST APIs and web services.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps,



and other technical teams.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Required Skills
- 8 years of experience in Java development
- Strong knowledge of Core Java / Java 8
- Strong experience with Spring Boot & Spring Framework
- Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs / Web Services
- Good understanding of SQL and databases
- Experience with System Design & Architecture
- Experience in Technical Leadership / Team Mentoring
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
