- 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Strong backend development in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
- Experience building and maintaining microservices architecture
- Positive knowledge of API design, security, and system performance
- Experience with frontend technologies (Angular / React or similar)
- Strong understanding of databases and data modeling
- Experience working with production systems and real-world constraints
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
