ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for Software Developers with strong Java backend fundamentals and a willingness to learn new technologies. The primary focus is hands-on Java/Spring Boot development, with opportunities to build full-stack capabilities.

Experience: 2–4 years (minimum 2 years)

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java + Spring Boot — mandatory
- Good understanding of Transaction Management, Concurrency & Data Consistency
- Experience with Microservices, Distributed & Scalable Systems
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and backend development
- Good working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with Git/version control
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn

GOOD TO HAVE

- NoSQL database experience




- Frontend exposure such as React.js, Angular or similar
- Exposure to other technologies such as JavaScript, Python or .NET

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Strong Java/Spring Boot fundamentals
- Practical experience building reliable and scalable backend applications
- Developers open to learning beyond their current technology stack
- Full-stack experience is a plus; frontend experience is not mandatory
- Strong engineering mindset, curiosity and adaptability
