About the Role

Sarvify Solutions is looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Java 17/21,

React JS, REST APIs, and gRPC, along with practical experience in microservices,

Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, and cloud-native application development.

This is a senior-level role involving technical design, development, code reviews,

performance optimization, architectural discussions, and collaboration with product and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Backend Development

 Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Core Java and Spring

Boot 2.7/3.x.

 Develop applications using Java 17/21 and modern Java development practices.

 Build and maintain REST APIs and gRPC services.

 Work with Fabric8 for Kubernetes-related application integrations and automation.

 Develop microservices following scalable and maintainable architecture principles.

 Use Maven/Gradle for build and dependency management.

- Frontend Development

 Develop responsive and reusable frontend components using React JS.

 Follow component-based architecture and modern frontend development practices.

 Integrate React applications with REST and gRPC-based backend services.

 Collaborate with UI/UX and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Database & Messaging

 Design and implement data models using MongoDB, including multi-tenant architectures.

 Integrate and work with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ.

 Work with object storage solutions such as MinIO and AWS S3.

 Ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance across distributed systems.

- Cloud & DevOps

 Containerize applications using Docker.

 Deploy and manage applications in Kubernetes environments.

 Work with AWS services to develop and deploy cloud-native applications.

 Implement secure secrets management using Vault.





 Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

 Support application scalability, reliability, and production readiness.

- Testing & Code Quality

 Write unit and integration tests using JUnit 5 and Testcontainers.

 Conduct load and performance testing using Gatling.

 Maintain high code quality using SonarQube and JaCoCo.

 Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

 Identify and resolve performance, reliability, and production issues.

- Security & Observability

 Implement JWT-based authentication and authorization.

 Work with Keycloak for identity and access management.

 Implement application observability using OpenTelemetry and Prometheus.

 Understand distributed tracing, monitoring, logging, and application health metrics.

 Proactively identify and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues.

- Technical Leadership & Collaboration

 Participate in architecture discussions and solution design.

 Provide accurate technical estimations and feasibility inputs.

 Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

 Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to understand and clarify requirements.

 Identify technical risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.

 Participate in client-facing technical discussions when required.

 Take ownership of assigned modules and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

- Backend

 Strong experience in Core Java.

 Hands-on experience with Spring Boot 2.7 / 3.x.

 Strong experience with Java 17 / Java 21.

 Strong hands-on experience with gRPC – Mandatory.

 Experience with Fabric8.

 Good knowledge of Maven / Gradle.





 Experience with JUnit 5 and Testcontainers.

 Knowledge of Gatling for performance testing.

 Experience with SonarQube and JaCoCo.

Frontend

 Strong experience with React JS.

 Understanding of component-based architecture.

 Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs and gRPC services.

Cloud & DevOps

 Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

 Practical experience with AWS.

 Familiarity with Vault for secrets management.

 Understanding of CI/CD and cloud-native deployment practices.

Database & Messaging

 Experience with MongoDB, preferably in multi-tenant architectures.

 Experience with RabbitMQ or similar messaging systems.

 Knowledge of MinIO / AWS S3 or equivalent object storage solutions.

APIs & Integration

 Robust experience designing and developing REST APIs.

 gRPC experience is mandatory.

 Experience with Swagger / OpenAPI for API documentation.

 Understanding of microservices-based integrations.

Security & Observability

 Experience with JWT-based authentication.

 Knowledge of Keycloak.

 Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and Prometheus.

 Understanding of distributed tracing, monitoring, and application observability.

What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is a hands-on senior engineer who can contribute across the full technology stack, take ownership of complex modules, participate in technical decisionmaking and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹108,333.04 - ₹125,000.97 per month
