Java Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join our Core Engineering team. The role involves designing and building scalable enterprise-grade microservices and modern frontend applications within a B2B integration and monitoring platform.

You will work across backend, frontend, and integration layers, contributing to modular architecture, secure APIs, and high-performance systems that support enterprise clients.

This is not a ticket-based role. We are looking for engineers who think in terms of systems, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Engineering

- Develop and maintain microservices using Java 21 and Spring Boot
- Design scalable RESTful APIs following secure API principles
- Implement authentication & authorization (OAuth2, JWT)
- Contribute to modular architecture and reusable integration patterns
- Optimize performance and ensure production-grade resilience
- Write unit & integration tests

Frontend Engineering
- Build responsive web applications using:
- React JS
- Next.js
- TypeScript
- Tailwind CSS
- Integrate frontend with secure backend APIs
- Implement role-based UI logic
- Optimize rendering and performance

Architecture & Integration
- Contribute to microservices-based design
- Work on B2B enterprise integrations
- Implement reusable connector patterns
- Ensure observability (logging, tracing, monitoring)
- Participate in design discussions and architecture reviews

Database & Data Layer
- Work with:
- Oracle
- DB2
- PostgreSQL
- MS SQL




- Write optimized SQL queries
- Design efficient data access layers
- Handle high-volume transactional systems

Agile & Delivery
- Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps
- Contribute to sprint estimation and delivery commitments
- Support release cycles and production issue resolution

Required Skills

- 4–7 years of full stack development experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Java 21
- Spring Boot
- Microservices architecture
- React / Next.js
- TypeScript
- Tailwind CSS
- Experience designing secure APIs (OAuth2, JWT)
- Strong SQL and database experience (at least 2 enterprise DBs)
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of distributed systems fundamentals

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to Zero Trust API principles
- Experience with Docker & containerization
- Understanding of event-driven architecture
- Exposure to enterprise integration patterns
- Familiarity with observability tools (logging, tracing, monitoring)
- Basic exposure to AI-assisted development tools
