About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer (5 to 8 years) to lead end-to-end design, development, and scaling of enterprise-grade web applications across our tech hubs in Hyderabad and Bangalore.

In this role, you will bridge backend services with intuitive user interfaces, driving best software architecture practices, microservices orchestration, cloud infrastructure integration, and mentorship of junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Architecture & Backend: Architect, design, and implement distributed, scalable, and resilient microservices using Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
- Frontend Engineering: Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance frontend interfaces using modern frameworks (React.js or Angular v14+) alongside TypeScript.
- API & Data Design: Design and maintain RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and optimized schema models across both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Code Quality & Technical Standards: Enforce clean code principles, SOLID guidelines, design patterns, automated unit/integration testing (JUnit, Mockito), and perform thorough peer code reviews.
- DevOps & Cloud Integration: Partner with DevOps teams to manage automated CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and containerized application deployments on AWS/Azure using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Technical Leadership: Lead technical discussions, mentor mid/junior developers, drive agile sprint delivery, and collaborate directly with product managers,



system architects, and QA teams.

React.js (v18+) or Angular (v14+), TypeScript, Redux / RxJS, HTML5, CSS3/SASS, Webpack/Vite

PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle; NoSQL: Redis, MongoDB; Query performance tuning & indexing

APIs & Security

RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Swagger/OpenAPI, OAuth 2.0, JWT, API Gateway integration

DevOps & Tools

Git/GitHub, Maven/Gradle, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins/GitLab CI, AWS (EC2, EKS, S3) or Azure

Qualifications & Preferred Experience

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of hands-on software engineering experience with a demonstrated history of delivering end-to-end full stack web applications.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems design, data structures, concurrency, object-oriented design patterns, and multithreading.
- Agile Excellence: Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills for cross-functional alignment, and a proactive mentoring mindset.
