We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java Developer with 2 to 5 years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable Java applications. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, good knowledge of Java and backend development, and a demonstrated ability to solve programming problems on competitive coding platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable applications using Java.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and reusable code.
- Work with databases and write optimized SQL queries.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and other developers.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Contribute to application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Write unit and integration tests and ensure code quality.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.

Required Skills

- 2 - 5 years of professional experience in Java development.
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, including:

- OOP concepts

- Collections Framework

- Exception Handling
- Multithreading & Concurrency
- Java 8+ features such as Streams and Lambda expressions
- Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
- Experience with Spring / Spring Boot.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices.
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub/GitLab.




- Understanding of software development and debugging practices.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.

Competitive Programming Requirement

- Candidates should demonstrate strong coding and problem-solving ability through at least one of the following:
- 150+ problems solved on LeetCode, preferably Medium/Hard problems, OR
- A recognized HackerRank certification/badge, OR
- Relevant HackerEarth certification/achievement, OR
- Relevant CodeChef certification/achievement/rating.
- Candidates may be asked to provide their coding profile or certification details during the interview process.

Good to Have Experience with Spring Cloud / Microservices.

Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

Understanding of system design and distributed systems.

Exposure to Agile development methodologies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
