Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, XML, and SQL. The candidate should have strong programming fundamentals and experience in developing scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java/J2EE applications based on business and technical requirements.
- Develop robust and scalable applications using Core Java and J2EE technologies.
- Develop and maintain application components using the Spring Framework.
- Write clean, productive, reusable, and maintainable Java code.
- Develop and consume application interfaces and integrate applications with other enterprise systems.
- Work with XML for data representation, configuration, and system integration.
- Write complex and optimized SQL queries, joins, stored procedures, and database operations.
- Perform database integration using Java-based technologies such as JDBC or ORM frameworks, where applicable.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.




- Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate fixes.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and code reviews.
- Optimize application performance and resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other developers.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to application design and implementation.
- Follow coding standards, development best practices, security guidelines, and version-control processes.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong experience in Java/J2EE development.
- Good knowledge of Core Java, including OOP, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, and Java I/O.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, including Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring JDBC, Spring Boot, or related Spring modules.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience writing complex SQL queries involving joins, subqueries, aggregations, and database functions.
- Good knowledge of XML, including XML parsing, schemas, and XML-based configuration.
- Experience with JDBC and database connectivity.
- Understanding of application development and enterprise application architecture.
- Experience with Git or other version-control systems.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

Good to Have





- Experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA.
- Experience with web services such as REST/SOAP.
- Knowledge of application servers such as WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, or Tomcat.
- Experience with Maven/Gradle.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
