Role & responsibilities

- Core Java Architecture &
- Development:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications using Java 21 and modern microservices architecture.

- GCP Cloud Solutioning: Architect and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, and Spanner.

- API &

- Microservices Design:

Design and maintain resilient RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures to support complex business workflows.

- Cloud Migration &

- Modernization:

Modernize legacy systems and migrate applications to GCP, ensuring high availability, security, fault tolerance, and cost optimization.

- CI/CD &

- DevOps Integration:

Set up and optimize continuous integration and delivery pipelines (CI/CD) using GCP Cloud Build, Jenkins, or GitLab, adhering to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.

- Performance &

- Security Tuning:

Optimize Java application performance, memory management, and database queries while implementing GCP IAM, security best practices, and compliance standards.

- Agile Leadership &

- Mentorship:

Collaborate with cross-functional global teams in an Agile/Scrum environment, conduct technical code reviews,



and mentor junior/mid-level developers.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 10+ years of overall IT experience with proven expertise as a Senior Java Developer / Lead Architect on Google Cloud Platform.

- Technical Mastery:

- Java Ecosystem: Deep expertise in Java 21, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA, and modern asynchronous programming patterns.

- GCP Expertise: Hands-on experience with GCP cloud-native architecture, compute services (GKE, Cloud Run), storage solutions, and messaging systems (Pub/Sub).

- Database &
- Integration:

Strong proficiency in relational (PostgreSQL, Cloud SQL) and NoSQL/Spanner databases, alongside REST/gRPC APIs and Kafka/PubSub integration.

- DevOps &

- Infrastructure:

Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud automation tools (Terraform or Deployment Manager).

- Location &

- Work Mode:

Remote role with flexibility for one week onsite travel to Jaipur as required by business needs.

- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, system design thinking, and communication skills to interface with stakeholders.

- Certifications (Preferred): GCP Skilled Cloud Architect or GCP Professional Cloud Developer certification is a major plus.
