Java Backend Lead – 6 to 12 Years

Key Skills – Mandatory:

- Strong experience in Java 11+
- Spring Boot and REST API development
- Strong knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL
- Hands-on experience with JPA/Hibernate
- Unit Testing – JUnit/Mockito
- Solid AWS or GCP Cloud experience
- Backend architecture and microservices
- Good understanding of coding standards, debugging, and performance optimization
- Experience leading technical initiatives/teams

Role Responsibilities:

- Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.




- Work with PostgreSQL and optimize SQL queries and database interactions.
- Implement unit testing and ensure code quality.
- Design, deploy, and support applications on AWS/GCP.
- Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and backend development initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive performance improvements.

Ideal Candidate: A strong Java Backend Lead with 6+ years of hands-on development experience across Java 11+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, JPA/Hibernate, testing, and AWS/GCP , who is comfortable working from office 5 days a week in Chennai.
