Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Japanese Translator Expert (JLPT N1 certified) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in translation, interpretation, and cross-cultural communication to support business operations and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate documents, reports, emails, and presentations from Japanese to English and vice versa

- Provide interpretation support during meetings, calls, and client interactions

- Act as a communication bridge between Japanese clients and internal teams

- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and cultural relevance in all translations

- Assist in preparing business reports and documentation

- Support coordination with Japanese stakeholders and partners

Requirements





- JLPT N1 certification (mandatory)

- Bachelors degree in Japanese Language or relevant field

- 1-5 years of experience in translation/interpretation

- Excellent command of Japanese and English (written & spoken)

- Strong understanding of Japanese business culture and etiquette

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience in market research / consulting industry

- Ability to handle client communication independently

- Solid attention to detail and accuracy

- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
