About The Role A leading global financial services firm is seeking a skilled ITSM Process & Knowledge Management Analyst to join their dynamic team in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

- Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, refine, and optimize ITSM processes and procedures.
- Knowledge Management: Collect, analyse, and disseminate critical information to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- ITIL Expertise: Leverage ITIL certifications to implement industry best practices and drive service excellence.
- Service Now Mastery: Effectively utilize Service Now to streamline workflows and manage incidents, problems, and requests.
- Tool Proficiency: Demonstrate hands-on expertise in tools like SharePoint, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to foster innovation and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications And Experience

- 1-3 years of experience in ITSM and knowledge management




- ITIL certification in at least two ITIL capabilities (Incident, Major Incident, Request, Problem)
- At least five years of Service Now experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to function both alone and collaboratively
