Position :- ITI Electrician

Location :- Santej, Gujarat

Timing :- 9 am to 6 pm

Experience:- 1 to 2 Year

Role Objective:

Responsible for ensuring reliable operation, monitoring and maintenance of plant electrical systems and utilities, including LT panels, DG, solar systems and electrical equipment, while ensuring timely breakdown resolution, accurate energy monitoring and secure plant operations.

Tasks & Activities

1. Electrical System Operation & Monitoring

- Daily operation and monitoring of the main LT panel.
- Check voltage, current, KWH and other electrical parameters.
- Monitor electrical equipment and identify abnormalities.
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical systems and equipment.
- Maintain daily electrical readings in the designated Google Sheet/system.

2. Electrical Maintenance & Breakdown Management

- Attend and coordinate all electrical-related breakdowns.
- Identify electrical faults and take timely corrective action.
- Coordinate with technicians/vendors for major electrical repairs.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of electrical equipment as per schedule.
- Follow up on pending maintenance activities until closure.
- Maintain critical electrical spare inventory.

3. Energy Monitoring & Reporting

- Record daily plant energy consumption.
- Monitor feeder-wise energy consumption.
- Maintain daily LT/KWH meter readings.
- Monitor and report abnormal energy consumption.




- Maintain accurate energy records for analysis and reporting.

4. DG & Utility Equipment Management

- Operate the DG set as required.
- Monitor DG operating parameters and performance.
- Coordinate with OEM/service agency for DG servicing and maintenance.
- Ensure timely follow-up of DG service requirements.
- Support operation and monitoring of utility machinery.

5. Solar System Monitoring

- Monitor daily solar generation.
- Record Solar Inverter 1 & 2 readings.
- Record solar main meter readings.
- Check the solar panel auto-cleaning system.
- Ensure manual cleaning of solar panels as per the defined frequency.
- Report abnormal generation or system issues.

6. Safety Systems & Facility Equipment Coordination

- Check the fire panel regularly and report abnormalities.
- Coordinate regarding lift-related problems and service updates.
- Monitor voltage stabilizer performance, including the 100 KVA stabilizer.
- Coordinate with concerned agencies for corrective actions.
- Ensure electrical safety practices are followed during maintenance work.

7. Documentation & Daily Reporting

- Maintain daily electrical, energy and utility records.
- Update Water, Solar, LT and KWH readings in the designated Google Sheet.
- Maintain maintenance and breakdown records.
- Prepare/update daily reports as required.
- Follow up with vendors/service agencies for pending activities.
- Maintain relevant ISO/maintenance documentation.
