Experience: 3–5 Years
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Server maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Computer/laptop hardware and software support
- Network and internet troubleshooting
- Installation and maintenance of systems
- Printer and other IT equipment support
- Regular system updates and backups
- Resolving day-to-day IT issues
- Maintaining IT equipment and records
Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of Server Maintenance
- Basic knowledge of Networking
- Hardware & Software Troubleshooting
- Windows OS knowledge
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
