You
You will be a self-starting, customer service-focused, strong problem solver with an aptitude for learning.
You will receive training and mentoring, formal and informal, from senior staff members.
Responsibilities
As a level 1 and 2 Support Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing and auctioning tickets using our ticketing system and contact with the client. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls in a skilled and timely manner.
Must have
Minimum 1 years of support experience.
Good written communication and customer service skills.
Good Microsoft Office troubleshooting skills
Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills
Microsoft Server 2019 Administration and Management
Understanding around Active Directory and SQL Server
Excellent phone mannerisms and professionality.
Aptitude to learn.
Ability to handle clients who may call in frustrated with IT-related problems.
Excellent Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Proactive thinker, who is looking for permanent solutions.
Experience using a ticketing system.
Experience with Windows operating systems
Microsoft 365 Administration and Management skills
· M 365 Administration and Management
· Entra ID Administration
· Conditional Access Policies
· Intune management and configuration
· MDM and MAM administration and configuration
· Microsoft Defender administration
· M 365 Exchange Admin Centre administration
· Domain and DNS administration and configuration
· Networking experience
· Firewall (UTM) administration and configuration

Microsoft Certifications
And other relevant Industry Certifications
Office 365 Portal and Licensing Management Experience
Experience Managing Apple MAC devices.
IP Telephony Experience
Mandatory certification for IT Support
Microsoft Azure fundamentals certification
SC-900 Microsoft Security Compliance and identity Fundamental certification
Shift - 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM
