Solving the technical issue remotely and handling teams for getting update or escalation call to be resolved on time.

Technical assistance in person via phone and remotely

Required Candidate profile min 2 yrs in desktop support engineer /support technician computer hardware, chipsets, memory modules,peripherals travel & work after hours when necessary

Valuable written and verbal communication skill
