Job Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for computer systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Support POS systems, ticketing systems, digital signage, and other cinema applications.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and basic network infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and update computers, software, and peripheral devices.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations within the cinema theatre.
- Attend and resolve technical issues on a priority basis.

Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in IT support, hardware, networking, and troubleshooting preferred.
- Freshers with valuable technical knowledge may also apply.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
