• User Management Create, modify, and manage Microsoft 365 user accounts, licenses, shared mailboxes, and distribution groups. Support core M365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint Online (Basic). Create and manage Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID user accounts, permissions, password resets, and onboarding/offboarding processes. Helpdesk &

• IT Incident Management Log, prioritize, and resolve support tickets using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira, ManageEngine)
