- IT Assistant:

We are looking for a hands-on and technically sound IT Assistant to manage day-to-day IT requirements and provide technical support across the organization. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up systems and email accounts, maintaining CCTV and network infrastructure, and ensuring smooth functioning of all office IT equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hardware & Laptop Support: Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment. Handle OS installation/formatting, drivers, hardware upgrades, and general system issues.
- Software & Email Management: Install,



configure, update, and troubleshoot business software and applications. Create and configure official email IDs, manage Outlook/email setup, and resolve login, synchronization, and other email-related issues.
- CCTV & Network Support: Troubleshoot and coordinate maintenance of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related equipment. Handle basic LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, router, switch, and connectivity-related issues.
- General IT Support: Provide day-to-day technical assistance to employees, manage IT assets and inventory, set up and issuance of systems for new employees, coordinate with external IT vendors, and promptly resolve any technical glitches affecting office operations.

Candidate Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or a similar role.
- Qualification: IT Graduate/PG
- Good hands-on knowledge of laptop/desktop hardware and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with software installation, email configuration, and basic networking.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV/DVR/NVR systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to provide support to employees in a corporate environment.
