Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

- Provide Pan India IT support to all branch offices and employees, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, operating systems, and business applications.
- Manage and support network infrastructure, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi connectivity, and internet services.
- Administer company email accounts, user access rights, system permissions, and related IT services.
- Provide remote support for Tally Server, VPN, remote access tools, and other business-critical applications.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.




- Ensure smooth functioning of CCTV systems, surveillance equipment, and data storage devices.
- Resolve attendance software issues, mobile attendance configurations, and employee punching-related concerns.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repair, replacement, rental, and maintenance of IT equipment and services.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, hardware records, software licenses, and support documentation.
- Perform regular system maintenance, software updates, data backups, and security checks to ensure business continuity.
- Support new employee onboarding by setting up systems, email IDs, user accounts, and required IT resources.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
