About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Managed IT Lead to manage day-to-day IT infrastructure operations and lead a technical support team. The role involves infrastructure management, cloud operations, security, IT service management, troubleshooting, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage L1–L3 IT support engineers and daily infrastructure operations.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Intune.
- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
- Manage Azure infrastructure and support cloud migration and hybrid environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot servers, networks, endpoints and cloud infrastructure.
- Manage DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls and Group Policies.
- Implement endpoint security, patch management and security best practices.
- Monitor and resolve infrastructure incidents, service requests and escalations.
- Manage IT tickets and ensure SLA adherence using ServiceNow, JIRA or similar tools.
- Prepare SOPs, technical documentation and operational reports.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders for technical issues and projects.
- Support IT infrastructure upgrades,



migration and modernization initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for automation using PowerShell and other suitable tools.
- Conduct team mentoring, knowledge sharing and performance reviews.

Required Skills
- Solid experience in Microsoft 365 and Windows Server administration.
- Hands-on experience with Azure and enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Good knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience with Intune and endpoint management.
- Knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, VPN and firewalls.
- Experience with IT service management and SLA management.
- Good troubleshooting and incident management skills.
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Managed IT Services or Enterprise IT Operations.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience managing enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments.
- Experience handling client escalations and infrastructure projects.
- ITIL certification is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
